Hôtel Belloy is committed to protecting your personal data and strives to ensure a high level of protection for your personal data in accordance with the European Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act No. 78-17.

The basis for processing your personal data
In accordance with regulations, the processing of your personal data by us is based on one of the following foundations:

The existence of a contract between you and us: the processing of data is then justified by the needs of executing the contract; or

Personal data retention methods and durations
We manage your personal data through three phases:
An active phase where the data is kept for the time indicated below in the “active” database: your personal data is then accessible only to people with an operational need to access it to carry out the authorized processing
An archiving phase (for additional time in the “active” database) when there is a legitimate reason: your personal data is then archived with restricted access and for a limited duration.
A deletion or anonymization phase: at the end of the additional archiving within the time limits below, your personal data is deleted or anonymized (so that they can no longer constitute a personal data identifying you).
Your personal data is retained for the time necessary for their processing, our customer relationship, if applicable, and contract execution within specifically regulated limits; we may retain your personal data in archives for the purpose of retaining accounting, fiscal, or evidential elements as long as the applicable prescription periods. Exercising your rights on your personal data
You have:
A right of access, which allows you to obtain:

A right to request the portability of certain data: it allows you to retrieve your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
A right of opposition: it allows you to no longer be subject to commercial prospecting by us or our partners, or, for reasons related to your particular situation, to stop the processing of your data for research, development, fraud prevention, or similar purposes.
A right of rectification: it allows you to have an information concerning you corrected when it is outdated or erroneous. It also allows you to complete incomplete information concerning you.
A right of erasure: it allows you to obtain the erasure of your personal data subject to legal retention periods. It may particularly apply if your data is no longer needed for treatment.
A right of limitation: It allows you to limit the processing of your data in the following cases:
In case of unlawful use of your data;
If you dispute the accuracy of these;
If you need the data to assert, exercise, or defend your rights.
They will then no longer be subject to active processing and cannot be modified during the duration of this rights exercise.
A right to obtain human intervention: Data controllers may resort to automated decision-making for subscribing to or managing your contract. In this case, you can request from the Data Protection Officer what were the decisive criteria for the decision.

Hôtel Belloy commits to responding to your verified request within one month from its receipt.

Our subcontractors and partners
Hôtel Belloy may transmit your personal data to subcontractors performing services involving the processing of your data while respecting the purposes set forth herein; these subcontractors must confer the same level of confidentiality to your personal data that Hôtel Belloy does and have committed to being in full compliance with data protection regulation, particularly with the GDPR.
We do not commercialize your personal data; if you wish to know more and specifically know the identity of the service providers or partners to whom your personal data has been transmitted, you can contact our DPO at: RGPD@madeho.fr.
The service providers or partners who may access your personal data can in particular be:
the providers who may manage externalized services for the execution of our services and contracts,
the providers helping us improve our services, conduct data analyses and optimize our offers, conduct surveys and statistics,
